Images of goods are for illustrative purposes only and due to the handmade nature of our products the item delivered may vary slightly.
Product information - due to the use of natural ingredients the shelf life may be short. We publish on each items product description the minimum shelf life you can expect.
The majority of our chocolates are hand made in small batches creating unique and quality chocolates.
We use real and natural ingredients, sourcing our products and packaging in an ethical and sustainable manner. They are free from nasty preservatives and artificial flavouring . All our chocolates are vegetarian with gluten free and vegan options available.
Our products are made in the same environment as nuts so we cannot guarantee they are free from nut traces.
We pack our deliveries in responsibly sourced packaging and re use packaging whenever possible.
All purchases must be made in Pounds Sterling
Delivery is £3.50 with free deliveries on sales over £20
Please allow 7 working days for delivery although we will always aim to deliver quicker than this.
We strive to ensure the information on this website is accurate but it shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to make changes to our web site including prices, products, ingredients and terms & conditions without any notice being given. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.
We do not currently have a newsletter but if we do start one and you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You can opt out of these at any point. We take your privacy very seriously, and we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Refund and cancellation Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase.
Chocolate orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Please check your order carefully on arrival and report any damages or shortages within 7 days of receipt. Refunds can only be made on incorrect or faulty items. You must return the item to us at your own cost and if approved we will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage or alternatively we will exchange the item for you. If the original packaging is missing or damaged or the product has been consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of product, we reserve the right to decline the refund. We are unable to process returns or refunds on items that are just unsuitable or unwanted.
Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled after confirmation of the order.
We hope you will be happy with your non chocolate order but if it is not what you wanted please email within 7 days for instructions. The product will need to be returned in the original packaging, in perfect saleable condition for a full refund. Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.
